How to pursue my commision legally if my clients bought a house with another or without a realtor?

if you have a real estate attorney at your brokerage, they may be able to take a look at everything for you and educate you on your options. My understanding is that it just depends on what paperwork you have in place and how much work you did for them. Honestly, depending on how much commission you are trying to recoup, it may be more expensive to pursue than to just leave it alone. A bad review from this client on social media, HAR, google, etc would be far more detrimental sometimes than any commission you could gain from this. Not knowing the details and not being a real estate attorney, its hard to suggest what you should do, but in my experience I have chalked it up as learning experiences to help me never go through that again hopefully

Suzy Knight Pittman was born and raised in Houston, Texas. However, both of Suzy's biological parents and grandparents were born in Cuba so she was immersed in the Cuban culture and she can read, write, and fluently speak Spanish.

Suzy is able to help with selling your home, finding a home, leasing a home, or investing. She started her real estate journey in 2010 and went into real estate full-time in 2017. Suzy's work ethic and service-minded approach to real estate, has earned her many accolades and a consistent 5-star rating.

She assisted in talent recruitment and event coordination for Maxim Magazine Super Bowl events, Stuff Magazine NBA All-Star Game events, MLB All-Star Game events, and many more. She has also interviewed celebrities and written articles for numerous publications.

Suzy's life is a little less high profile now as she is a dedicated single mother to two beautiful little girls, ages 6 and 7. She devotes her time to her clients, her friends, and her family. Suzy volunteers at St. Laurence Catholic School as a yearbook photographer. She is also a Texas Children's Hospital Ambassador. She first started working with Texas Children's along with Kris Brown's Kick Club and fell in love with volunteering at the hospital with the other Houston Texans' Wives. Recently, her family adopted the sweetest rescue dog, named Beba from the Houston Homeless Pet Project.
